Privacy Policy

Effective May 10, 2026

The short version

We collect the minimum we need to run a free class signup: your name, email, and the role and company you choose to share. We do not sell your information, we do not run third-party trackers, and payment never happens on this site.

What we collect

  • Signup form: name, email address, and an optional role and company line.
  • Server access logs: the pages you viewed on this site, the referring URL, and your browser's user agent.

We collect no payment information here. Paid enrollment happens on checkout.crossgen-ai.com and is covered by its own policy at checkout.crossgen-ai.com/privacy.

What your browser stores

If you finish the guided tour of the home page, your browser saves one thing locally: that you finished it, and the date. That is the whole record. It does not include which sections you read, whether you signed up, or anything you typed to the guide. It lets us open the site where you left off instead of starting you over.

It never leaves your browser, it is not an identifier, and we do not read it on our servers. Use the “start the tour again” control in the top bar to erase it, or clear your browser's site data. It expires on its own after 90 days.

How we use it

Your signup details reserve your seat, add you to the class roster and our contact records, and send you a confirmation email. Access logs keep the site secure and working. That is the full list.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We set no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Who receives your data

This site's signup sends your details to our class-management system. Beyond that, only service providers under contract with us touch your data: our email provider and our hosting provider. Each is limited to the service it performs.

How long we keep it

  • Server access logs: 90 days.
  • Signup details: for as long as the class relationship stays active.

Your California rights

California residents may request to know, delete, correct, or port their personal information. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights. Send requests to sean@crossgen-ai.com and we will respond within 45 days.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California.
