FAQ
Clear answers to common questions.
Direct answers to the questions companies and individuals ask before working with CrossGen AI.
- What does CrossGen AI actually do?
- CrossGen AI teaches teams and executives to use AI with confidence, then helps the team automate work and develop custom AI capability. Programs follow three phases that each take one to six months to adopt. The phases are education, acceleration, and then fractional partnership.
- Who is CrossGen for?
- CrossGen works with companies of roughly 50 to 500 people who want AI capability without hiring a data-science team. CrossGen also trains individuals and small groups in Orange and Riverside Counties who want practical experience.
- Why do you require leadership to participate?
- Leadership participation is the single strongest predictor of lasting adoption. Staff copy what leaders do, so the leadership team joins each cohort, participates fully, and completes the homework.
- How big are the cohorts?
- Each cohort has ten to twelve people, large enough for strong peer participation and small enough that no one can hide.
- How long does the full programme take?
- Each phase takes one to six months to adopt, and most companies finish all three within eighteen months. Many complete only one or two phases because every phase can stand on its own.
- Do we need to buy new software first?
- No. Usually, the opposite happens. Phase one uses tools you already own or can trial for free, and clients often reduce current licence spending once usage becomes visible. CrossGen has eliminated over $1M in client technology costs.
- What if our team is skeptical of AI?
- Skepticism is a normal and healthier starting point than hype. Training happens on each person's own real tasks, which is where skeptics convert, once a tool saves an hour on work worth doing.
- Where does CrossGen work?
- CrossGen works in person across Orange County and Riverside County, California, including Rancho Santa Margarita, Irvine, Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Tustin, Corona, and Temecula. Training is also available remotely nationwide.
- Who leads the training?
- Sean Patterson, CrossGen’s founder, leads the training. He spent twenty years in the C-suite as COO, CTO, and CRO before he began teaching AI.
- How do we start?
- Start with a free consultation. We will give you an honest answer about whether your organisation is ready and explain what starting would require.
